Sustainability
At IMS connect, we are committed to advancing sustainability in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Through responsible business practices, resource efficiency, and community engagement, we strive to contribute to a more sustainable future advancing as an organisation under each of the 17 SDGs with a particular strategic focus on 3 goals.
Sustainability
Our approach to achieving this goal each year is multifaceted. We focus on one strategic charity partnership each year. Additionally, each team member has 1 CSR day per annum to donate their time to organisations and communities of their choice that need support.
This focus enables us to support economic development and create a more equitable society for all which in turn provides a sense of purpose for individual team members and the organisation as a whole.
Sustainability
Our annual employee net promoter score (eNPS) target is 9+ which is measured every 6 months. Achieving this starts with a people-first leadership philosophy which is part of how we operate in IMS connect. We provide a flexible work from anywhere environment, a wide range of benefits, professional development, and regular wellness events to ensure our team feel connected and part of a supportive community.
Our customer net promoter score (cNPS) target is 9+ which is measured annually. This goal is achieved through delivery of high quality products, high availability of services, efficient project delivery, and best in class customer service delivered with the personal touch and experience that our team aim to create.
Sustainability
At IMS connect, we accept responsibility for our role in addressing the urgent global challenge of climate change. Our current carbon emissions per annum is now below 100 tonnes. To achieve carbon neutrality, we are actively measuring the impact of our business activity on the environment.
Across the team, we are working on strategies to reduce our carbon footprint, including remote working, transition to electric fleet, working with sustainable suppliers and technology, minimising work related travel, membership of the Cloudforest community, tree planting, and much more.
With our energy management solution, we can now empower our customers to be more energy efficient and provide a data informed pathway to carbon neutrality and ultimately, net zero.

By focusing on three critical objectives, we ensure real-world results in areas that resonate deeply with our team. Our commitment to sustainability will continue to evolve and expand, as our team and organisation grows.
We are proud to be Coolpartner number 014 in the Cloudforests community creating forests along with wild atlantic way in Ireland for the planet. Check out some photos from our plantings days below.
